Description of the Plantation
At our farm, coffee production goes beyond business — we build communities and protect ecosystems. The plantation is part of a 175-hectare protected natural area, of which only 30% is dedicated to coffee cultivation. The coffee grows at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,200 meters above sea level.
The remaining land remains untouched and serves as a nature reserve, protecting local flora and fauna, including endangered species. Among the animals living in the area are pumas and ocelots, while the plant life includes beautiful orchids and bromeliads.
